Through working in the fields with Shiroma, a brand-name pineapple farmer, you can learn how to live in gratitude to nature and your ancestors.

Ikuko Oomine
A cook who passes on traditional Okinawan cooking. She is familiar with wild plants, ingredients and events, and you can learn about the traditional way of life in which we receive nature’s bounty and help those around us.

He is a farmer who mainly grows native Okinawan crops. He shows us the true nature of farming, respecting the Okinawan climate while growing the crops they need.

A Japanese chef fascinated by the ingredients produced in Motobu Town. From his cooking, you can learn to appreciate life.

Kimiko Yasuda
She practices a life with living creatures, including plants, animals and insects that are close at hand. Walking with her, you will find many discoveries even in casual grassy areas.
